Upgraded virgin broadband from M350 to M350 with an 02 SIM card. The order was placed on 24th September.
I've not seen a speed increase nor have I received a sim card.
I've tried contacting Virgin but it would have been easier getting blood from a stone.
I'm starting to think I should have listened to everyone who told me not to order Virgin broadband.
Can someone please let me know what's happening?
