I cannot get past the ‘oops’ message to see my bills.

I have not been able to see my bills for months and did not get any help from phoning customer support.

I was being convinced to get a new deal but I cannot compare to existing costs so will have to reject this offer and reduce my bills by removing parts of the package.

Sorry to hear you've been unable to view your bills via your online account.  Can you please expand further on what happens when you try to view your bills? Are you able to sign into your My Virgin Media account at all, or do you receive some sort of error?

I log in to the app or the web site and can see the Latest Bill box. When I click it, I get the “Whoops! Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later” message. Screenshots attached.
