Can’t upgrade mobile plan…

On the Mobile App I am trying to change  my plan to unlimited data - but it won’t let me. 

I thought I had changed it last month, but it clearly hasn’t worked.  Help please…

Have you got a SMS / email saying you are being migrated to O2 at all? 

If so this means we won't be able to do any changes / upgrades / downgrades until this has gone through. Cheers
