forbidden emails... AGAIN!!!

i'm locked out of email, tried changing my password, have already got a secondary email as the one i sign in under.  just going round in circles following the online links, absolutely awful user experience.  how do i unlock it???

power levels are not perfect

the technician said my power levels are not perfect but it will do. he put a 3db attentuator on gaming feels sluggish, if i restart the hub it feels more responsive but after 24 hours it feels sluggish again.
