I can’t watch the football on my iPad.  I only have one device registered and I pay for the football but it won’t let me watch, what am I doing wrong?

I am sorry you cannot watch the football via your Ipad, can you give me more info on this? Is this the sky sports or the TVGO app? What football game was this and what channel was this on?
