Having a mare with my connection while I try to work from home.
Has been running ok - not great but ok- but now I’m only getting 77mbps which isn’t fast enough for me to run my video editing software properly. And of course there’s no way to get in touch with Virgin without spending hours on the phone. Have a booster right next door but isn’t helping.

If the Hub is in Router mode this link will speed test the Hub to see it is a service or perhaps a WiFi issue.
Once the test begins click on : Run full test to see the upstream speeds.
