Websafe controls inaccessible

I log in to my account, click "view apps", then "websafe controls", and immediately get dumped back to the welcome screen

Sorry its not on better terms regarding the fault with turning web safe on or off.

I can take a look at this for you if you like?

If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
