Not able to log into account on website or app

Hi - I don't seem to be able to access the website. When I put in my password and email, it comes back with the inforamtion I've pasted below. I have also got a similar (but slightly longer message than the one below) at other attempts. I am worried that this may be related to the safety of my internet, or is it simply as it says it is?

Any help would be amazing. Thank you

Hey robcraw, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

This just looks like the website was having some maintenance its nothing to worry about, please do try again accessing it I have just tried and everything is back up and running. 

Sometimes it works better in private mode on Chrome, Cheers
