Unable to order for new build

Hi I am not sure what to do, we are due to move into a new build in Radford Semele built by Bovis homes, the ducting is available and installed but there seems to be no box on the wall to our house, we are unable to order virgin media. Ours was one of the last houses to be built. All other houses on are street are available via the post code checker. 

Please help
