Hello,
I've trying to request via your costumer service to have further coverage of you Virgin Media fibre broadband to our address for almost 2 years now. I've seen my neighbors having virgin media installed on their house even though we are on the same street (just few house away). Looks like there is a virgin media line/cable next to our house but they have not full cover our the whole street. May I please talk to someone on how this can be fix?
