Hello, I’m having same issue, I requested change of address 3 times now through Whatsapp and every time I’ve been told it has been done but I keep receiving emails regarding Quick start Box delivery confirming no change has been made and delivery is still going ahead to address I’ve asked to be changed … screenshot is of the last conversation I’ve had yesterday with CS advisor reassuring me they’ve made the change but today received an email delivery of the kit still to the old address so I’m not convinced
