New build development some addresses don’t show

I moved into a new build home on Friday. It’s the second last phase of the apartment development. Hosea at both ends already show on the website. However mine in the middle don’t. Spoke to the sales team who said system says cables haven’t been laid. 

I find this hard to believe as the box is outside the stair door and houses at each end have cable laid. Sure they wouldn’t miss a bit out. 

I also have the virgin media panel in the house itself.

How do I get this moving forward?
