Neighbours have Virgin Media Broadband, but my house is the only one on the street not connected

Hello,

Everyone on my street is able to get Virgin Media except my house. Is there any way to get clarification on why this is, or how to get connected? If someone could contact me from the forum team to investigate further that would be super epic.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
