Incomplete installation - No internet in the house

On Friday 22 September, they sent a technician to install the hub only for him not being able to do anything due to the house not having cables.

The next day there was a team sent to set up the cable outside all done and good only for another team to arrive on Monday 25th to do the exact same thing and then on Tuesday 26th a 3rd team came and did the exact same job the Saturday team had done.

Since then the technician has not come back to finish setting up the hub. We only have the cables outside the house and no internet set up inside the house. It's been 2 weeks and the technician has told me it would be done in 48 hours since the cables will be set up outside.
