Hi,
In the next few weeks, work will be commencing on the build of an extension at my property and I will need to arrange for my broadband cables to be re-routed.
This includes the cabling from the street to my property (cable re-routed and longer cable run) and also the location and cabling into my property.
What is the best way to arrange this, timeline and cost?

There will be a cost of £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
