virgin 1gig and virgin wifi extender pods - Multiple requests for a 2nd one

Hiya Ive tried multiple times to get a second wifi pod extender gone through the multiple questions several times. The last attempt I was told it would be here in 14 days that was back in early December .. Is there any chance this can be arranged to be sent out ?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
