WiFi pods

Hello I need to order a pod as my WiFi signal drops constantly in the bedroom. I can’t do it through the vm connect app as it doesn’t work, it won’t find my router. Have tried all possible solutions from the community. I refuse to ring as you get no help. I just want a pod sending out.
