WiFi pod stopped working

Hi, my pod has suddenly started flashing white and has disappeared from my Connect app.

I've unplugged and plugged back in near the router and plugged it back in its usual place and its now appearing on the Connect app but says pod offline and now flashing green.

Need replacing?

Sorry to hear that you're having issue with your WiFi pod 

I have checked the systems at my side and can see that pod is connected, but your upstream power levels are quite high and out of specification. This would need an engineer visit to investigate further.
