WiFi disconnects

Hi,

We have Volt package, and for the last three days, the WiFi completely disconnects when I move into the kitchen. The exclamation mark appears next to the WiFi icon at the top of my phone and the connection goes.

I can't run Virgin connect scan to go through the process to identify the black spot and request a booster pod.

Any help is appreciated.
