Virgin media brown box

Hello,

My virgin media box on the outside of my house is damaged, is this something virgin media can fix? I've had to place a plastic bag over it at the moment to make sure its water tight!

I'm sorry to hear that your exterior box has become damaged. Do you have any images of the damage, so we can assist you further?

Is there any other damage at all, or is just the box?

 the bag is keeping it waterproof so I've been reluctant to take it off
