Solid red light on Hub 3 after power cut

This doesn’t feel quite the same as the other “red light” posts so I will ask.

we had a power cut that lasted about a minute. Before that, everything was fine.

Since the power came back, this is what happens when I turn on the hub.

- solid red light for a while., maybe a minute 

- all other lights flash once in red

- main light flashes red

- main light turns off and usual connection sequence runs - Wi-Fi Green, connection Green

- red light comes back solid with other lights (Wi-Fi +  9ne with arrows)

- one with arrows goes off

- Wi-Fi goes off after a few minutes (I use modem mode)

- left with solid red light

The modem is not hot and is ventilated.

Well an update… it is now working in that I have internet, but ithe power light is still solid red. Should I be concerned about this?

Thanks for posting on the forum in regards to your Hub and the red light showing, we understand the concern and appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

I can see you have spoken to the team today regarding your services, did you raise this with them during the conversation? In instances like this we would look to arrange for a replacement Hub. Did the team arrange this during the call?
