As it says in the title. Had a new hub 5 today but it’s not showing on the connect app. Another my WiFi pods are not connected either leaving me with a terrible connection throughout the house. Any ideas what I can do? Any help much appreciated.

1) When a VM Hub is replaced it can take VM's systems a week or so to catch up and then the VM Connect app will work again. Don't reboot the Hub this does not help. The Hub can be managed at http://192.168.0.1/
2) Call the activation number 0800 953 9500, request the VM Pods are paired to the replacement Hub. For the call have to hand your VM a/c number, the full details from the new Hub’s sticker and ALL the VM Pods.
