Hub 3 flashing green light at the bottom and solid wifi light

Our wifi hub has been like this for the past 15 hours and has been reset and turned off and all connections checked. There are apparently no outages in my area. The virgin website won’t let me book a technician either.

I don’t know what to do to fix this and any solutions are welcome. Need this fixing asap

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
