How to get a WiFi pod?

 Been trying endlessly to get a WiFi pod for the office bedroom 7mb speed, app says good! Called the call centre and they said a button will appear in 24 hrs to order one. The app just takes you round in circles. I’m beginning to think these pods are a fairytale!
