1 year on, and still cant get access to a virgin media account.

The issue is beyond laughable now.

It has taken "IT" nearly 12 months to resolve an issue to be able to set up and create a VM account.

After 9 months, the response was sorry its not resolved, can you now confirm you are the account holder and address. 

Absolute **bleep** take!

Safe to say we will be looking elsewhere for TV and broadband in the near future.

So sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues in registering for My VM. Sincerest apologies that this has taken so long! 

We are happy to take a look into this again for you, hopefully getting it resolved this time!
