I moved home and signed up again later however my WiFi is weak and need boosters however to sort this I need to use the connect app.
The problem is, my account is closed on the email address as that is the same as previous account .

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your WiFi and that you're unable to log into the connect app to do a WiFi health check. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
