Wrong email when signing up

I put an incorrect email address in when signing up for virgin broadband, so didn't receive my confirmation email and now I can't create an account

Hey Rbull98, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.

We can look at changing this but you would need to be installed and active to create a account anyway.

Have you been installed yet?
