VM 18 month contract - bill gone up

Agreed VM 18 month contract on 17 July23 but VM putting bill up after 6 months how can they do this? Unable to speak to accounts about it.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that your contract price is increasing after signing a new 18 month deal.

Have you recently been sent a communication from us regarding this, if so what has it advised?

Unfortunately, package changes and new contract deals are not something we deal with from our community forums. You would need to speak to our retentions team on 150/0345 454 1111 options 1,4 then 4 again or use our WhatsApp messaging service on 
0730 532 7112.

If you are in contract and we are increasing your package price, you may have the right to cancel without penalty due to this.
