VAT billing is sent separately by letter. (It runs about 2 weeks behind regular billing).
If you don't currently have VAT billing set up, we can give you a hand with this! - We can also get your VAT billing backdated by up to 4 years if needed. The backdated ones are sent to you via email.
I will send you a PM to confirm a few account details and offer help getting the VAT billing set up if needed.
