Not as far as I know (although there are Volt benefits if you are a customer of both). Generally you need to call VM on 0345 454 1111 (or post your specific (Tivo?) query here).
VM forum staff might be interested to know that the O2 "See all [VM residential] deals" button at https://www.o2.co.uk/virgin-media-o2 links (wrongly in my view) to VM Business deals rather than the usual residential ones. Bill credits for pointing this howler out most welcome btw.
I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
