Hi I signed up today n have no email I phoned up n all I've been sent is my contract details which I told the woman I had already received. Feel like I'm going un circles

Have you checked your junk inbox just in case? 

Also, did you sign up online or with an agent?

I am in the same position - been a customer for weeks now yet no welcome email or account number (just pre-contract forms).  Seems there are a lot of us in the same position - not a great service so far and I can’t sign up for a virgin tv go account - tried ringing but impossible 🤯
