How do i access Account number for my broadband and tv,i have never received a letter or email since service started last January so no record

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the retrieval of the account number.

Unfortunately we can't give out the numbers to the account however we can assist you with the online MyVM account.

thanks for getting my account number back and temporary password back, however once logged in i get the welcome back sign but the page freezes, this is on 3 devices i have tried so still cant access my account
