MyRates Mega Bundle not available

I've just had VM Fibre installed on my street and I've signed up to MyRates, as i'm Liberty Global employee. The sales rep who knocked on my door said i would be able to have any of the packages available on the Cable My Rates intranet page.  So once the router had been installed in my home, i then requested the MyRates Mega Bundle, which includes Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix, and Gig1 broadband.

However, the MyRates team have emailed me saying that i can only get the lowest package called Gig1 Solus, which is only the broadband element. This has now been activated for me.

Can someone tell me why the larger Mega Bundle package isn't available for my area, if it ever will become available and if yes then when it will be available?

Sorry there's been some confusion over your My Rates package.

What would usually happen is you would choose the deal via the intranet page, then install etc is set up via that way, not through a sales agent.

So I can get a few more details from you I've popped you over a private message.
