Missing payment showing incorrectly

Hi,

I have recently applied for car loan and the report came back with missing payments in July 2022, August 2022 and October 2022. This was no fault of my own and Virgin had been taken double payments on monthly basis. I rang virgin and explain what had happened. I was advised this would not happen again and to cancel August and September payments so I don't continue payments extra money. I set the direct again in November one the July and August and September payments were up to date. 
I thought the issue was settled. It's only recently I discovered that those missed payments had gone against me. I was not made aware of this. 
I would like vergin to remove the missed payments as it was no fault of mine.

Please can you update me regarding this matter.
