Misleading contract renewal offer

Has anyone else had the contract renewal email from Virgin which says you can renew to the same contract you know and love for only a little extra per month, only to find that when you do they have removed TNT sports. I have been mis-sold clearly not the same contract I knew and loved as they want extra for TNT. Fuming!

Just to confirm, TNT Sports is now a separate add-on and costs £18 per month. 

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
