Hi 

My account was always paid by DD, but I received a late payment notice in Oct and charged £7.50; when I raised this with customer services they identified this was an error and I was credited the £7.50 in my final Nov bill.  However, the 'missed payment' has now appeared on my credit report (ClearScore) and have impacted my credit rating.
I was given an email to contact and raise the issue and have the missed payment removed, but its not valid and just bounces back so I was wondering if someone can look into this please.
