Hi, Have now got Fibrephone landline plugged into hub, all working ok. Just wondering if there it any reason we would need to keep the old BT phone point that it used to plug into?

thank you

Hi Rollingwaves1 👋

Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Forums.

I'm glad to hear that your Fibre Phone migration went smoothly and everything is now working. As we now provide your Landline via Broadband, the BT Telephone Socket will no longer function.

It is at your discretion whether you remove this yourself, as some providers still operate on the older network, so if you decide to move providers at any point, you may encounter some delays during their installation.

Thanks,

Reece - Forum Team
