Fibre switchover home phone

We have the adaptor and switchover day is 17 July but we are away 13-21 July. When shall we plug in it

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

Once the switchover has been carried out, you can plug in the adapter and use the service as before with the landline plugged into the router via the adapter. You can plug it in once you return home.
