Hello there
My In-laws are in their eighties
They have been VM customers over twenty years
Never had an interest in internet
Just wanted a phone and TV to watch (mainly football !)
The other day ( during fibre switchover their phone line stopped working )
We call call them most nights to see if they are okay .
Several times recently they have needed to ring for an ambulance or speak to their doctor
Now we have no phone line they / we are pretty stressed if anything were to happen
We need something sorting now....not in a few days
Yes we'll change package if it helps but we can't wait
Please get something sorted and quick

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that your in-laws are having with their landline, has their migration gone ahead already?
If so, are they now plugged into the router with the phone line adaptor?
