Hi, My Elderly fathers Landline connected to a wall socket, has a “Number No longer recognised” fault when I try to call him & when he tries to call out in it, the key tones of dialled number are heard but then nothing happens, same when he opens the line without dialling a number. His Landline is our only method of being able to contact him.
tried all the service status checks but the landline status has no option for checking any faults anymore & the help pages only discuss help for things other than a fault!
How do I get in contact to fix this or book an engineer?
