Caller display not working

Hi,

I've read a few posts from people who've lost their caller display on their landline after a technician visit, and I appear to have had the same thing happen. Would it be possible for someone to check and get it re-enabled on my account, please? We rely on the caller display for screening nuisance calls, so would be very keen to get it back!

Thanks for confirming your details v_flashpoint, I have looked into this and the caller display feature had been removed from the line but I have now been able to put it back on. Please could you try this now and let me know if its working again from your side.
