1471 not working since switching phone to reuter

I plugged my phone into the reuter using the adapter provided, however 1471 no longer works. When I tried it today, I got a message stating that 1471 call information was not available - however I know for a fact that incoming phonecalls should be logged and the number that called is not withheld.

Please can you advise how to resolve this issue as I have seen many complaints about 1471 not working, however the only resolution have been given via private message.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the 1471 service not working after the home phone switchover, this certainly is odd 🤔
