My email account has been hacked

Hi,

My email account has been hacked, the hackers have changed my password and the helpline say they cannot delete the email account for me. They have used my email account to reset my Facebook and Instagram accounts so that they can hack into to those too. 

Resetting the password through the helpline hasn’t stopped them, they keep locking me out again.

please can someone else?
