So, like many others on here I’m locked out of my ntlworld email account, told it’s due to suspicious activity (!) called the helpline, after an hour I was told a reset e mail would come through, it took about 2 hours to arrive to my “other” email address, and had since expired. Someone called me today to try and do the same thing, reset e mail eventually came through, however clicking on the link and copying and pasting it, the page informs me that “oops the link is broken or I’ve type it in wrong” anyone have any clues on how to resolve this? TIA
