Hi guys, so it seems you can no longer change an ntlworld.com email address password via the Virgin Media site - I fear mine has been compromised and I desperately need to change it (and phase it out, it's a nightmare at this point) - HOW DO I DO THIS IN 2024? When I try to do it I get "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media" with a red x by it. Am I mis-understanding something here? Thanks.
