Got an email from email@em.virginmedia.com Telling me my contract has ended.
sorted out a new internet deal with someone. Rang to cancel, to then be told my contract still has 6 months left on it. Asked why I’ve been sent the email, was told the guy on the phone was certain it was spam or one of their competitors.
It looked legit to me. Correct account numbers, links and phone number to virgin websites ect. No where to get scammed.
i wanna know if this is a legit virgin email.
why, if I was sent this email, 1 have they sent it? 2 why can’t they see it on their system. Surely there’s a record of all emails sent.
Absolute pain now having to cancel a deal I’ve just set up as virgin want over £200 to cancel
