I have a old email account that has been compromised and looking to have it deleted but dont know were to start. I have been getting threating email so need to act. Any help would be appreciated

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with an old email, to confirm do you have a current active broadband account with us that this account is linked to?

No this is a old account no longer linked to broadband account.

We do delete email address when an account has been cancelled around 90 days, though this can be longer.
We would not be able to reinstate the email for you but I would be happy to see if the IT teams can delete the old address?
