I've been unable to sign into my email account via the Virgin website since 13th. I get a message telling me that my email box is unavailable. Normally I wouldn't be too bothered as I've seen it down before but I am expecting emails from my lawyer about a house sale and I need to reply to them asap.

So I log into the Virgin Website, I follow the email link on the signed in page, I then get presented with the mail box is unavailable.

Any suggestions?

Changed my password, mail box was locked due to suspected malware. Scanned all devices, nothing found. Mailbox active again.

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear your mailbox was compromised. In these instances, we would lock them and after a virus scan and password reset, the mailbox is unlocked within 15 minutes.
