Installation unavailable at my address but i can see the duct at the end of my driveway

There are 4 houses in my close /road and the even numbers according to the website cannot receive Virgin Media services. 

The VM Duct runs right outside my driveway. I have had no luck in someone coming out to take a look as I'm sure it will be physically possible. 

Please could this be arranged as prior to moving in recently I was with VW for over 22years.

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
