Many thanks to Bex and Carly (on her first week) who came to help us with a broadband issue in the PO9 area today. Absolutely outstanding and a credit to virgin media. So knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel at ease with having new faces in the home (our dogs approved too after some initial barking) they talked us through everything and made sure we understood. Nothing was too small to ask!
